In this group training program, you will...

Know exactly what to do with your cross-training workouts every week

This program is for you if:

  • You want to get stronger, but can't commit to a weekly 1:1 session

  • You have a busy schedule, but still want support with your workouts

  • You aren't sure where to start with your cross-training

  • You need accountability with your workouts 

This program is NOT for you if:

  • You aren't a dancer

  • You already follow an advanced training program outside of dance

  • You don't like virtual classes

Get Stronger | Dance Longer is a 3-month online group training program for dancers that will help you improve strength and flexibility and apply it to your dance technique.​

It can be hard to get into a regular routine of cross-training. Between your busy dance schedule, school, work, etc. how can you add more to your plate? 


If you're truly ready to get consistent turns, higher leaps, higher extensions, and increased flexibility, this is the perfect program for you.

What equipment do you need?

Mandatory:​

  • 1 long resistance band

  • 1-2 yoga blocks

  • Chair or bench

Optional:​

  • Dumbbells (recommended for ages 15+)

  • Kettlebell

All Get Stronger | Dance Longer participants will get access to our online portal AND our BodyKinect app!

 

With this app, you can log your workouts from anywhere in the world. View your workouts, track your progress, and get the most out of your program. All communication will take place in our online portal group discussion board.
