Guest Workshops and Master Classes
virtual and in-person
Understand alignment and safety in strength and stretching
Help your dancers succeed with long-term cross-training
Improve dance technique with targeted exercises
Tired of giving the same corrections over & over again?
This can be frustrating as an educator.
Something's not clicking with your dancers. Strength training will help them understand their body alignment, feel their muscles contract, and understand how this kind of training can help them enhance their dance technique.

About Guest Teaching
Here are the details:
01
In-Person or Virtual Classes
Kendall offers in-person or virtual classes to best suit your student's needs. In-person workshops outside of the Southern California area will require an additional travel and accommodation investment from the studio. Class material will be altered based on goals/needs of your dancers.
03
Equipment
The mandatory equipment that students will need is 1 long resistance band. Depending on the equipment that your studio or students already own, we can work with whatever you have. Additional equipment that may be helpful to the dancers' learning includes a yoga block, weights, or Pilates ball.
02
Pricing
Prices per class range from $300 - $1000 USD depending on the length of the class. Packages are offered for multiple classes booked within the same weekend. For in-person workshops, Kendall is also available for 1:1 private lessons for 30 minutes ($60 USD) or 60 minutes ($100 USD).
04
Handouts
We believe in dancer longevity, and to practice what we preach, all dancers will receive a copy of a mini training plan handout with some of the exercises that are included in the class. This additional step is to ensure that the exercises are long-lasting and utilized frequently by the dancers, rather than just a one-off class.
Kendall focused on strengthening certain muscle groups that I never had before, which improved my overall dance abilities. She showed me how my body works and gave me great, and new exercises to do it. I would 100% recommended Kendall for any age of dancer at any skill level.
