Personal Training For Younger Dancers: The SciDance Podcast

I was so excited to be interviewed on the SciDance Podcast last month, hosted by Jazzy Cook. The SciDance Podcast is one of the very few dance science podcasts that highlights a number of different topics involving dance science such as psychology, biomechanics, personal training, nutrition, research, etc.
